12 to 15 years ago, at the school, I was reading about the misión and vision, values, objetives, earnings, revenues, customers and suppliers, after more than 10 years working in different companies I saw those documents in the intranet and it was like, it is what it is and then let's do something.
Now after review and understand the idea inside the book, I'm thinking how many companies are loosing money and market share by doing the same since many time ago and how we need to change the way as many companies still acting and trying to survive.
