I like Dan's books. he always over delivers and gets to the heart of the matter. As per usual The Two Week Transformation does what it says on the cover...no frills or pretty dresses, just straight forward practical common sense suggestions, which we know yet fail to follow and do. You are given lots of leeway in how to plan your diet (there is a varied list of things to eat and do and things not to eat or do..how cool is that) Plus you are given scientific and case studies to back up why you should/shouldnt do these things.
So, if you are looking for a good solid guide, no fluff, no prettiness...this will suit you. One thing it brought home to me, the importance of eating breakfast and to eat a high protein breakfast/or smoothie within 30 minutes of waking up. Since reading this book I have made conscious effort to do that and do feel better for it. thank you

Before I read this well-written, easy-to-understand book about losing weight this way, I would have said, "No way; it can't be done." After reading it, I see how it CAN BE DONE! This straight-to-the-point author has written that same kind of book. And he back everything up with scientific and nutritional facts. the great part is you only have to stick to this program for 2 weeks. We can all do that.

Dan is quite good at keeping you healthy and getting you there. But what I like about his books as they are easy to follow and most everyone can have visual effects from his books. You can tell from the content and the way he presents it to you that he "gets it" and wants you to succeed. Unlike a few others I have read. With the nutrition and techniques he showed me, it's only a matter of time before I move down another pant size. Thanks again Dan.

Though this is motivational, NOT WORTH the ten dollars. It’s a collection of motivational ideas, no set program, just do’s and dont’s. Like I said motivational but not worth the money. I feel these should be handed out for free with gym memberships.
