Toaster arrived shiny & new but the leaver that holds the toast down did not work so had to return. Amazon made it easy to return, by scheduling the UPS pickup! I hope the second one will work correctly as Amazon offered only 2 options:
Reorder same item or refund money. No option to select a different product.
The new one arrived in 3 days, and works beautifully! It has 2 really long slots, big enough for 4 slices of bread or 2 long slices. The selection knob is great for selecting the amount of toasting time, but it took a couple tries to get it right for gluten free bread. Overall, super happy with the product!! Would have given 5 stars, except for having to return the first one.
