La pantalla estaba a un super precio este buen fin, desafortunadamente me toco una con pixeles quemados y estoy en proceso de devolución. La verdad que estoy bastanten decepcionado por que ahora no me siento con la confianza de pedir otra o comprar una diferente hasta que me devuelvan el dinero.

Fue una increíble sorpresa el recibir la pantalla, ya que tiene muchas más funcionalidades y la calidad de la imagen es impresionante, no me imaginé que de verdad hiciera tanta diferencia. Definitivamente recomendaría esta pantalla sin pensarlo.
Funcionalidades como Alexa, Ambientación, Game-mode, escritura por voz y demás son cosas que no te esperas y te sorprenden aún más.

Was so pumped to get a 65 in 7 series QLED TV......and a 2020 model to boot. Paired it with a Samsung Q7 series sound bar. First issue, the Samsung remote wouldn’t paint with an Arris TiVo model DCX900 cable box. Oh well so we couldn’t change the channels on the Samsung remote, no big deal. Second issue, couldn’t get the Sounbar in lip synch with folks on the TV. Spent an hour with Samsung on these items to no avail. Oh well, I hooked up an older Samsung sound-bar, it worked fine. Watched TV through the evening. Nice picture! Next morning, turned on the TV, no sound using the cable box as input. To make a very lengthy call with Samsung short, they first decided it was a software issue, but couldn’t explain why it worked they day before, then after more machinations decided the HDMI ports died.. Offered to send a repair tech, LOL, yeah right. Boxed up and sent back to Amazon with the call number as reference. Very disappointed with Samsung.

It's not possible that we live in 2020 and a company releases a product that freezes constantly and has a lot of bugs. I love samsung but this is unacceptable. The TV freezes each time you exit the player in netflix and disney plus. Also sometimes when you play hdr content the screen goes black. I hope an update fixes this soon. Again this was a It also says its google play compatible but the amount of commands is very limited just to turn on/off change channel and volume. Kinda disappointed for a $1,500 price tag

The bottom line currently is that in order to actually use this TV without problems we needed to attach a Roku. Then, after a month, due to a Samsung software “upgrade” that automatically turned on a high edge interface, or some other nonsense, the screen started going between black and the Roku picture. Turned this “feature” off, and now the high definition screen, and that is all it is at this point, is working fine with Roku, but not connected to the internet because it is clear that Samsung does not release reliable software. This is completely unacceptable for the price and will be the last Samsung product we ever purchase.

I bought this TV along with a new Samsung Q90R sound bar. When watching TV from apps within the TV, the sound bar cuts in and out (mostly out - I'd say it works 5% of the time). The sound works fine if I'm using my PS4, or if I'm watching tv through an external device like a Roku or an Apple tv - but no Soundbar sound from the TV's native apps.

I spoke to Samsung support and they said "there's an issue with netflix and amazon apps that they're working on" - though they couldn't tell me if this issue has anything to do with audio output or if it would fix my problem.

No idea why they'd release a TV without first testing to see that it actually works with the soundbar they're bundling it with, but overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
