I decided to email the seller RacquetGalaxy to see what they can do to satisfy this customer. I got a reply the next day and though they can't exchange the item because it was damage during usage, they suggested restringing. They said I can either find a shop to do it or they can do it. They informed me that they'll do it at a discount and put stronger string. I'm going to do that because it's cheaper and they said it's a 24 turn around once they receive it. As far as my feedback about this seller, I would definitely buy from them as their customer service it's great. I'll let y'all know how the restring is when I get it back.

I got this racket as I am an average racquetball player. I liked the light weight and the grip. My play has gotten better with this racket. HOWEVER, after just over a month and a half, the strings broke. I'm not a hard hitter but even if I was, the strings should've lasted a lot longer than a month and a half. And of course I'm trying to find out if I should just return it or just get it re-stringed.
The popular I.65 utilizes HEAD patented intelligent to transfer the Mechanical energy from ball impact into an electrical response that stiffens the racquet for extra power. This racquet contains adaptive fan pattern (afp) technology, which allows you to customize your string pattern to maximize your game. With HEAD new racquet and bumper technology, you are able to choose between the traditional straight pattern or the more dense fan pattern each time you string. HEAD straight string pattern is designed for players looking for maximum power with optimal touch and feel. HEAD new fan pattern is designed for players looking for a stiffer string bed. This dense fan pattern increases the stiffness of the string bed, increasing control while maintaining power with longer main strings.
